We swim in the Mid-Kansas Swim League with:
Abilene, Council Grove, Herington, Hesston, Hillsboro, Marion, Moundridge, and Peabody.
2001 swim meets are Saturday mornings:

Remember to eat a good breakfast and bring water and fruit snacks.
Always eat after a race, rather than just before the next one.

Swimmer's Ear warning:
Several team members are showing signs of swimmer's ear infections:
Ear ache, head ache and fever.
Suggested prevention: after swimming, apply ear drops as soon as possible.
Ear drop mixture: equal parts rubbing alcohol and vinegar.
Ear plugs are also useful if they keep water out.
There will also be two "mock meets" at the Lindsborg pool 8-10 PM.
The dates are Thursday, Jun 14 and Monday, Jun 25.
Practice times
Monday thru Friday, May 28 thru July 6, except no practice July 4
Purple group: 11 AM most days (except 18-29 Jun, when practice will be held at 9 AM)
Green group: noon every day
All swimmers to arrive 10 minutes early for stretching.
Meet commitments due Mondays before each meet,
except Memorial Day (you have until Tues 29 May for the first meet).
The Awards Banquet will be Sunday, July 8, 5:30 at Messiah Church.
