Abilene, Council Grove, Herington, Hesston, Hillsboro, Marion, Moundridge, and Peabody.

Remember to eat a good breakfast and bring water and fruit snacks.
Always eat after a race, rather than just before the next one.

Swimmer's Ear warning:
Several team members are showing signs of swimmer's ear infections:
Ear ache, head ache and fever.
Suggested prevention: after swimming, apply ear drops as soon as possible.
Ear drop mixture: equal parts rubbing alcohol and vinegar.
Ear plugs are also useful if they keep water out.
There will also be a pool party at the Lindsborg pool 8-10 PM on July 1.
Practice times
Monday thru Friday, May 28 thru July 5, except no practice July 4
Purple group: 11 AM most days (except 17-28 Jun, when practice will be held at 9 AM)
Green group: noon every day
All swimmers to arrive 10 minutes early for stretching.
Meet commitments due Tuesdays before each meet.
The Awards Banquet will be Sunday, July 7, 6 pm at Messiah Church (potluck).
